Chapter 4

It’s been a week since you left port mafia and you felt relieved as none of the port mafia hunt you yet.You decided to stroll around the neighbourhood as you’re too bored at Dazai’s dorm.You felt happy as you’ve been wishing to live with him all this time.

“Did they know that Dazai is an ex-member of the port mafia.The youngest executive officer to be exact.”-you thought.

You were enjoying your time when you felt someone following you.You pretend you didn’t notice him or her and act like usual.You made your way to an abandoned alley and sighed.

“Hi Akutagawa.Long time no see.”-you said out loud.

You heard a chuckles behind you and when you turned around,you saw him there,looking back at you.

“Nakahara-san was right.You’re such a terrible liar.It took you a very long time to take some fresh air.”-he said.

“Oh,you didn’t really understand when I say ‘fresh air’.That ‘fresh air’ means that I want to get away from that hell.In other words,I’m leaving the port mafia.”-you confessed.

“Then you have to die,traitor.”-he said.

“Why do you have to call me traitor?”-you asked.-“I didn’t do anything.”

“This is an order from the leader.”-he replied.

“I see.Tell him I’ve had enough working with him and I’m not a traitor.I didn’t work for the agency.I’m just staying at their dorm.”-you said.

“Leaving the port mafia means you already betrayed us.”-he said,starting to attack you.-“Rashoumon.”

You closed your eyes as you know you can’t fight him.He’s too strong for you.

“Ability:No longer human.”

You opened your eyes slowly and saw Dazai blocking Akutagawa’s attack.

“(y/n),are you okay?”-he asked.

“Yes,I’m fine.How did you know I’m here?”-you said.

“Well,I’m so worried of you so I implanted gps detector on your bag.”-he replied.

“I see.Well then thank you for your concern.”-you said.

“Tch.”

You noticed that Akutagawa had walk away and you know he’s very angry.

“He just want you to acknowledge his strength.”-you said and sighed.

“(y/n)!”

That voice shocked you.You just remember how bad it is if you made Dazai angry.He might look like an idiot,but he’s actually a very dangerous man.You can’t figure out what he’s thinking.

“Y-yes?”-you asked.

“Don’t ever do that again!”-he warned.-“Understand?”

“Y-yes.”-you replied.

“You know how much you make me worry.”-he said before hugging you.-“I’ve lost you once,I don’t want to lose you ever again.”

“Dazai,I’m so sorry.”-you said and hugged him back.

“It’s okay.Don’t ever do that again okay?”-he said.

“Okay.”-you said and smile.

“We have no other choice then.”-he sighed.

“Huh?What do you mean by that?”-you asked.

“You have to follow me to my office.”-he said.

“Wait,is it okay for me to go to your office?”-you asked.

“I’ll talk to the president about it.”-he said and smile.

“You always have a strong relation with your boss.I wish I can be like that.”-you said.

“Let’s go home.”-he said.

“O-okay.”-you said before following him from behind.
